Waid Apiaries (dba Waid's Honey and Candles) is a family owned business founded by Wanda and Duane Waid in 1976. They produce varietal honeys from the wide range of flora which flourishes in the Finger Lakes area of New York State. The Waids have been active in the Ithaca Farmers Market for over 30 years as well as the Trumansburg Farmers Market, and deliver regularly to area food stores, fruit stands and gift shops. Their "Lakes Country Candles" are popular throughout the area. Mail order shipments are welcomed.
