We have created spun honey with Alaskan blueberry, spun honey with Low-Bush Cranberry, spun honey with organic Cinnamon and even a dark-bittersweet chocolate. What started as a curiosity has grown into an addition to our artist studio. We have our wonderful long daylight summers to keep all those bees producing Alaskan honey.
