Johnston Honey is a family owned and run business. We produce our own honey from flower sources typical of the prairie flora that once covered much of Minnesota, prairie wildflowers and perennial garden flora. Johnston honey is USDA certified organic and Kosher certified by Organized Kashrus Laboratories. The organic honey is unheated. Organic honey available in 12 oz. and 5 lb. jars; Kosher honey in 12, 14, 16, 24 oz. and 5 lb. jars.
