Established in 1987 we have been selling raw Michigan honey by the jar or bulk. Our business has expanded to Florida so at different times of the year we have Forida Orange Blossom honey available. In the area of Michigan that the honey is produced, it is a mild tasting honey with a light golden color. The honey is strained for wax particles, and only heated to go through the filter. None of the honey is heated to over 100 degrees and only for the short time of it being filtered. All of the honey sold will crystalize at some point. Some within 3 months, some may take up to a year. This is a natural process that will occur in ALL Raw Honey! Bee hives are sold in the Spring, with pre-approved orders from the previous fall.
