Welcome to our world of delightful, delicate Wisconsin honey! Owner, Eugene Woller has been producing pure, natural, unfiltered Gentle Breeze Honey since 1965! Our primary source of honey is white clover, alfalfa and basswood grown on Wisconsin’s finest family-owned dairy farms. Gentle Breeze Honey is not blended with honey from other states or countries but is warmed and strained only. It hasn’t been overheated or force-filtered. As a result, all the nutritional enzymes are in Gentle Breeze Honey. You may find tiny particles of bee’s wax and pollen in our honey enhancing its flavor and nutrition. Gentle Breeze Honey markets pure, fancy white clover honey in a variety of sizes ranging from half pints to five pounds. Bulk honey orders are also available upon request. Our specialty item is the old-fashioned honey comb that Grandma remembers eating as a kid!
