Squeaky Tree Honey Farm is a family owned business. Our farm is located in the Piedmont of North Carolina. We get wonderful Spring honey and later, Sourwood from the North Carolina foothills nearby. This year we will also have cotton honey from our hives moved to coastal NC. Cotton honey has a wonderful flavor but tends to naturally crystalize to a smooth spreadable texture.
