G and J Apiaries is a small apiary in southern Illinois. Beekeeping is a family event, father and son maintain the bees, everybody helps in extracting the honey and we all enjoy in the taste testing of new recipes made with honey. Our honey is harvested once a year usually in early October after the last nectar flow. The honey is a mixture of all nectar flows throughout the year. We like to call it Wildflower or Mixed Flower honey.
