Our prominent honey in our area is gallberry. It still has a mixture of tallow and wildflower which is great for the flavor and health benefits. The spring honey is light in color and flavor. Fall honey is darker and slightly stronger flavor. Our lip balm and lotion bars are high in beeswax for great skin and lip protection.
