Our family is the largest honey producer in the state of Hawaii and is known for the great care we take to preserve the quality of our single-floral honey, avoiding heating, filtering, or blending. This careful attention to quality has led our honey to be featured in ten national publications, including The New York Times, Culinary Trends, Elle, The Gourmet Retailer, and Food & Wine.
